Shipstreak - Refund amount not received

Have ordered powerful oxalic acid on January *, ****. it will be a *** ml buy * get * product. But I receive *** ml pack two numbers on January **, **** immediately I raised return and it will be picked on **th January ****. while initiating refund itself it asking bank details but without account holder name, any how i filled the whatever they are asking. on February I didn't receive the refund yet so I callex to them they said invalid bank account. have to fill that the bank details they will share on link, have filled the link on the same day with the same bank details. after one week I followed that time also the same there is an invalid bank accounts have field one more bank account details. again I will call after * days they said same issues again I fill the third bank account details. so like that * times I filled but there is no refund happen. so I made a call on today March **, **** they say you are not fill the form yet, but I told I have filled many times and save the response and the same has been send to shipstreak WhatsApp number also the images it's showing your response was successfully submitted. the same way today they will shared the link but it showing invalid again I made customer care again they will share the link showing invalid URL. Pls support
