Shipstreak - Customer care not accessible

Ordered from Dear-shopping *bra's it mentioned free size.
Size doesn't fit
Secondly quantity * were supposed to come only *came.
Trying to contact the delivery site Shipstreak and also dear -shoppin g site.both sites not working
Shipstreak has just a voicemail and past *days technical issue .
So issue not resolved
