Navi Homez Bangalore - Refund amount not processed

I booked * plots in one their layout with a booking amount of Rs one lakh in July ****.
I had to cancel the booking due to insufficient documents and approached them for plot cancellation in September ****.
From then onwards, they used to tell different stories and used to transfer the case to another person in the same refund department but no use.
Initially they simply delayed the refund by * months saying the refund process will take some time and bla bla...
After * months, I received a post dated cheque for Rs one lakh and I felt very happy that I'm getting my money back but I the cheque got rejected by the bank due to mismatch in the signature.

Again I approached them and got another cheque with the name of SUNIL KUMAR Singh and now this cheque is bounced due to insufficient balance in the account.

Then again I went to their office to check the reason but they never respond properly and given another cheque and this time by the name of company Navi Homez, and this also got bounced due to insufficient balance in the account.

It's been * months till date but they are not refunding my money back.
