In **** November I Booked two plots seeing sales promotion of Navi Homez Real-estate Company, Office in Hsr Layout & Navayuga Properties in Cox Town both are same Company In the Name of Navin Kumar CEO of Company, Sales Person Mr. Ram Chaudry Took us Site Location & we booked * sites *****, Paid in Total Amount Half **Lakhs, For remaining amount he given * months time and we also took time for balance amount to get ready for registration, within * month only he called for registration, we took finance for remaining amount, Before going registration we visited site location, He Already Sold to other person and it was full Fencing Compound, in the Name Board placed site belongs to like AAA, When we went and informed to Sales Person what Happen u calling for registration and site sold to other person, He also asking no chances, later They only telling land owner sold to other person, cheating everything they know, In Office Other Person took Cancellation of site Request, and initiated for Refund in February ****, he said it will take * month, after lock-down issue, Office opened in may ****, Refund Department Given IDFC Bank * check Leaf for ** lakhs Of Mentioned Dates August *th And **th, but no use Check Bounce, Again Given Indus Ind Bank Check in September **,**** Bounced with Insufficient Balance, Now They are telling we will give cash, we struggling Lot and suffering Daily Calling and visiting Office , But They are Postponing any one reason, They Are Cheated to many Peoples , N Number of people visiting to Office, Almost Near to * year our amount invested for site and still struggling to get back our amount, Kindly help us from this Debt situation.
