VLE Baazar Pvt Ltd - Refund amount not given

I purchased hard-disk from VLE bazaar at */**/**** of Rs ****, from Amazon credit card icici bank ,but product was not deliver and so I decided to cancel order , told them to refund. But company did refund in credit card, and at **/**/**** the company refund money purposely in wallet. I told them to transfer money to credit card. I had call, mail so many times. Now * yr passed since I had continuous mail, call customer support center yet they say will be given within * days and not given. Company is fraud. Even I talk with customer care team leader jitendra tyagi, yet they didn't provide any resolution to my problems. I also provided bank details, upi for my money transfer but nothing done so far from them. Jitendra tyagi sir told to wait * days, I waited but money mot transfer. Mostly customer service voice members doesn't talk peacefully and address clients query properly. I request that my query get short out as best possible
