I booked a car from zoom car from * to *th dec****. I had returened the car on the correct date. Its been more than ** days now and i have not received the refund amount of INR ****. There is no way to reach the customer care over phone and on Social Media they are just replying with a Copy-paste message to wait for the refund with no timeline on when i will receive the money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
