Hello!
My name is Manoj. Recently, I bought a product from jabong (delivered on August **, ****), it was dark grey washed mid rise slim fit jeans. As the product didn't suit me, so I placed a return request for the same. The delivery was before time and even product collection was quick (returned on August **, ****) but it's been more than ** days and I haven't received any refund amount and moreover I get no reply from jabong. I have called the customer executives *-* times but what I get is only fake assurance every time. I have tried emails too but even my emails are not answered.
I have sent my bank details number of times and it is correct as I talked to the customer executive during the phone conversation. I requested Jabong to choose an alternative option for refund if it is not possible to send money via NEFT, but nothing happened.

The return request was initiated on August **, **** and it was assured that the amount would be refunded within *-* business days.
My order status on Jabong app is "refunded" but the reality is my amount is still pending.
