prabhanjan rs filed complaint against Zoom Car India Pvt Ltd on Feb 6, 2021
i had booked zoom car on **st of December ****, i had taken the car at **.**PM from Forum city center (basement *, zoom parking area) Mysore.
i finished the ride and handed over the car at around * in the evening that day.
i had deposited a security amount of rupees ****, agreeing to the policy that it would be refunded within a max span of ** days from the date of booking, but the money which i supposed to receive is not yet refunded and there is no response from the company also.
please file this complaint and please take necessary actions, also there are many such cases and i believe this is a great scam.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
