SWAGATIKA CHOUDHURY filed complaint against Indigo on Sep 1, 2022
This is a very concerning issue.
The Indigo website clearly mentions that for domestic flights there will be a full refund initiated if the flight is cancelled within ** hours of booking and booked at least * days prior to departure date.

However, it is very disappointing to know that the policy does not work as expected and it is not trustworthy.
I had booked a flight on **st August with PNR - "TULIHH" for *th October and cancelled today through Indigo website within ** hours. Below is the refund amount initiated:

I had booked on **st August around *pm IST and cancelled *pm IST on today on *st September.
Below is the mail received from Indigo upon flight cancellation today (*st September) in IST hours:
I have cancelled as per the policy rules and demand Indigo to initiate full refund ASAP.
