Bajaj Auto Finance - Refund amount against wrong policy sell to me by Bajaj Allianz

I have purchased Long Term Two Wheeler Package Policy on **-MAR-****. Policy Number- OG-**-****-****-********. I have purchased this for * years at amount ****/-. They gave me one more policy Motor Insurance Policies, Policy Number -
OG-**-****-****-******** at price ***/-.
Now the case is this:-
*. Their customer care gave me * years long term bike insurance policy and told about life insurance policy at price ***/-, which has a claim amount **Lakh.
*. I accepted it and allow this policy with my long term bike insurance policy. They have not told me that this policy only valid for the first year.
*. When I received the documents PDF files, I noticed that the bike policy for * years and insurance for only * year.
*. I have sent an email request to cancel after * hrs of this policy due to misguiding the customer.
*. They have not told a single time that the insurance policy for * year only. If they told, I never got that policy.
*. They have cancelled my bike insurance policy and refund the amount of ****/-. But Motor Insurance Policies yet not cancelled and not refunding my amount ***/-. According to rules, they have to cancel Motor Insurance Policies with that long term policy but they did not cancel it.
*. I am sending them emails till today but they give one answer "Our team is working on your complaint".
I have registered a complaint to Bajaj Allianz, complaint no. - ********.
Note:- For cancel the bike insurance policy, they asked for another policy for cancel that long term policy according to there rules.
*. They have not sent me my that new insurance policy documents. I have purchased that policy on * April, Policy number - OG-**-****-****-********.
According to there rules, they send the documents in next **-** days but I am still waiting for that.
