They have charged a overdue charges because my esc mandate form got rejected and my concern is there is no intimation and no notification from the team that my mandate form rejected and i have written a lots of email to the team for many times but there is no proper response and they are rude in call.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
