Hello sir
My name is Lakesh Chandradev
On December **** i bought one connections of independent tv for independent Freedom Pack and got * year pack connections
It has many problems, like channel stopping and screen freezing.After ** days all HD channels stopped working & after ** days majority of channels stopped working. I tried to contact company's helpline number, but it's always busy, I could not contact the company. its service creates mental toucher / disturbance among us
But on **th of june all channels are stopped because of sattelite disconnection
It is not my fault, its the mistake of company. Refund amount + mental Disturbance isuue (****+****=****/-)
