Paytm Mall - Refund against product returned is not credited in my bank account

I have ordered a Fasttrack wrist watch through paytm mall on **-**-**** with a order no . ********** for ****rs with a cashback of Rs *** but the productive delivered to me is not in working condition then i have requested for return and the courier person has taken the product and later intimated that refund is processed on **-**-**** of amount Rs. **** but the amount is not credited into my bank account till date . Further i also lodged a complaint through help and support with a complaint number ******** but no action taken from the company and they are giving me multiple transaction reference number which is incorrect as concluded by state bank authorities and the paytm care is not responding to my problem ..please solve it as soon as possible I am eagerly waiting for the amount oF Rs. **** .
