Healthians - Refund against incorrect reports

I have booked a package with healthians for *. First they called me saying your wife has a Kindney disease history as her reports are showing this. I denied that she is fine do not have any kind of such problem. Then they said we will send the report in ** minutes with the details. Nothing came up I called then again after * hours they said we are rechecking the details as you said our reports are not correct.
Again I waited for * hours called them again but same answer and then same thing happened whole day till * pm. After that I called them asked for redund as we got the blood test done from a different source and the report was correct . However me calling them again and again they have send wrong and incomplete reports for my wife. It was a mental and physical torture that I had to went through the whole to get the wrong reports
I have been trying to call them for the refund as per there promise on wrong reports. But there has been nothing more than the fake call back promises .
