Healthians - Booked test not done

Dear Associate,I have switched from Redcliff to you BUT it was very bad experience.Nobody from your team want to speak on the issue .See how many persons attended my call from ********** and didnt resolve at all
I had made a booking yesterday EVENING and Mr Zuber (Probably) attended .Please listen to the conversation,THEN CHECK WHAT NON SENSE HE HAS DONE 
I had booked for  Lipid profile FOR MYSELF and  Thyroid for Spouse . It was settled for  Rs *** .Your executive offered me another package for Rs **** ,I told him categorically that main concern is Thyroid test for my wife Seema Sharma.Now what happened ,today First of all assigned person didnt turnup  for sample collection ,He diverted the call to someone else ,who couldnt collect sample in allotted time *.** to *.**.I told sample collector to ensure that Thyroid test is properly added in Wifes test.He said dont worry.Instead of Rs **** , -**** were charged .WHEN I SAW THE REPORTS ,WAS SURPRISED  TO SEE THAT THYROID TEST IS MISSING.Now appointment with endocrinologist was set for my wife one month back .who will pay for that and why should we give another sample ,your team failed miserably I will escalate the issue ,if not resolved to my satisfaction
