VTP Reality - Refund against cancellation delayed

I cancelled my flats booking with in ** days due to unresponsiveness of the sales team on my payments and delayed process in their project VTP Aurelia in Pune. It is more that * months and they aren't even reply on refunding my amount taking as booking amount
