made a booking on *th September **** but due to server problem of airlines booking was failed and money deducted from my account but i still have not get my money refunded in my account, made a complaint about many times and called more than ** times but all the time i got the same answer please give us some time. all the booking details are mentioned in attach image.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
