Ease my trip com - Refund

I made * bookings for *st of April on **th march **** ,whose PNR numbers are as follows -
*- XMVRNQ - Palak singh
*- IJUL*T - Tanmay Malhotra
*- DH*LMP - Yash Gahlot
*- TP*ZQX - Hridam Kar
*- LGHVXF - Harshita Srivastava

Because of the pandemic, initially I was extending our tickets directly through indigo using these PNR numbers , as the things were not certain , but that got cancelled from your end as per the government policies and norms in the end of the April and that whole amount got credited in the form of credit shell .

I was trying to book another flight of indigo itself by using that credit shell , but I wasn't able to do so.
So I made a call directly to indigo , and they told me , that they have refunded the whole amount to your site itself, a way long back .
But I haven't recieved any such amount till date .
So can i kindly know about my amount ??
And what type of customer services are providing ??
