I booked a movie ticket using gift for Srikanth movie for **rd May ** with gift card and on **st May ** I recieved the call that due to some reason the show was canceled by the cinema and they said you need to contact the pvr directly for the refund the I contacted there customer service they promise me that I will get the refund in gift card within **-** hours and from past few week I was taking follow up with Them as I have not recieved the refund so they are just saying that we are escalating the case and disconnecting my call again and again it's been mora than ** dast they agr just making false promise as the dint have any resolution and nor I have recieved any refund a
Also more they replied to my emails I have took *-* times follow up with them but have not recieved any respond from past * days very pathetic service
