I have booked a flight from Delhi to bagdogra in ** th Jan **** .After ** minutes of booking they sent me an email saying that the booking has been aborted and the amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment.But today it's more than one and half month they have still not refunded my money.Everytime i call or email them the only response from them will be to give them further time of * to * business days.i have given lots of time to them still they are not refunding.Please look into this matter and help me.
