I cancelled a hotel booking on *th may and my refund was expected by **th-**th may, The company is claiming that it has refunded my amount to my account.(They are lying) I tried to contact their customer care ample number of time, but no response from their as well.
The amount is still not credited to my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
