Go Airlines - Refund

My flight for dated **th Sep **** has canceled by the Go airline and the amount has been issued on the date of **th November **** as per the discussion with the Go airline staff.
Because of the earlier booking has been made through yatra the amount has been transferred to yatra account.(agency account) now I'm continually following up with yatra for refund of my amount and they are not giving me * single revert
Please help me
