Go Airlines - Cancelled ticket not refunded amount

I had booked a international return ticket from Go Airlines on **th Feb **** For Flight G*-** (Dammam - Kannur) dated **th May **** with PNR no.E*FU*D and Flight G*-** (Kannur - Dammam) return date **th June **** PNR no.VYDBQG. But flights were cancelled due to COVID-** there by we request GOAir lines to Refund full amount, We also tried to reach them through customer care services and other social media websites but no response from them. Hence we request you to kindly do the needfull.
