Debashis Das filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Apr 18, 2020
My flight was booked for **/*/**** due to govt regulation for Covid ** the flight was cancelled. The flight company is giving the option for credit shell and not refunding the amount. My question is why indigo is withholding my money and would utilize it later with increased price where no fault at my part?
