We have purchased whirlpool refrigerator in **** and Now last * month we are some facing cooling problem.. Whirlpool technician visit and charged every visit and replace the part which is cost Approx Rs. ****.Till Now refrigerator not working and we discussed again customer care he registered our complaint in August month and technician visit....he said refrigerator can not be repaired and may need to be replaced.
But we lot of discussed about the refrigerator replacement still not replaced.
I will suggest to all of them, please don't purchase any electric items of whirlpool company.
