Whirlpool refrigerator double door - Manufacturing defect in Refrigerator

That my client purchases a product of you noticee no.* as whirlpool REF IF INV CNV *** ALPHA Steel from your dealer M/s Sachdeva Traders, Chandigarh on **.**.**** of Rs. **,***/-.
That your dealer told my client of guarantee-warranty of compressor of the alleged refrigerator ** years. My client maintains the refrigerator and claim properly service from your duly authorized service center. My client registered complaint to your dealer and your authorized service center regarding service of refrigerator and change of the compressor of the refrigerator in the month of May ****, because the alleged refrigerator is not working properly. The compressor of the refrigerator is defected and cooling is not made properly.

That your authorized service center not listens to my client request and not services the refrigerator property rather the technician of your service center damaged the refrigerator by putting dent of the front side of the body of refrigerator. When my client raised the issued then your technician of your service center misbehaved with my client being a lady which is against the policy of you noticee and after checking the technician of your service center they changed the compressor and illegally demanding the amount of Rs.****/- from client as unfair trade & practice. The amount of Rs. ****/- was paid by my client. The alleged refrigerator is not working properly and under the guarantee-warranty period you are responsible for any manufacture default if accrue in that period.
