Aptronix - Referral Point was not credited

Dear Aptronix,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has been ongoing since August ****. As a customer, I had referred two individuals to your store under your referral program. According to the program, I was entitled to receive **% of the purchase amount as a reward point for each successful referral.

After the first referral, I received the reward point as promised. However, I have not received the reward point for the second referral despite following up with your company since August ****. I have sent several emails to your company regarding the matter, and your team has responded that they are working on resolving the issue and will get back to me as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, I have not received any update on the matter, and your team has now stopped responding to my emails. As a result, I am writing this formal letter to request that you take appropriate action to credit me with the reward point that is rightfully due to me.

I would like to emphasize that I have fulfilled all the conditions under your referral program, and I expect your company to fulfill its obligation and credit me with the reward point. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I may have to consider taking legal action to protect my rights as a customer.
