bought a shoes from online site of red tape on ** July **** and on around ** August **** I received the shoes which was not of my fit so I tried to return the same by going on the return option on the site but it was not working this I called the customer care services of red tape but no body picked up and August **,**** I emailed the red tape on their official mail about my concern and after some emails they replied and I returned the shoes but they didn't tell me anything about the refund of money. I emailed them about the same and again after some mails they replied and told me to provide the details of the account and fill a form and send it. I sent all the details and sent the email on ** August **** and since then they have niether provided me any information about the refund nor my money was refunded. I have continuously sent them mails since then but no reply has been gotten by me.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
