ABANI BASURI filed complaint against Mi Mobile on May 20, 2019
Problem- Auto power off.
Mi service centre repaired my phone after doing the diagnostic. They found a battery problem and replace the battery on a chargeable basis. Confirm with them they said that there are no issues with motherboard and adapter. Same day problem of auto power off repeated. I visited the service centre, they said you had to pay a service charge once again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
