Dear Sir,
I am a loyal customer of MI since **** and currently using *-* phone of Mi ranging from note * to Note * but it's very unfortunate that on *th February I received an update for My Mi Note * and after updating the same the very next moment my phone automatically started turning on and off and after few minutes it totally got off .
Today I visited the mi service centre and they told us the Motherboard of the phone is not working so now it's very unfortunate that after updating the phone it got dead ...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
