Yash Sanghvi filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 20, 2019
I purchased Nubia Redmagic *s (*/***GB) from flipkart on **-**-**** for **,*** and it was delivered on **-**-**** . On **-**-**** i reported about the issues with my device to flipkart and a refund request was initiated. issues were as follows-
*. Device overheating(thermals reaching **C)
*. Screen flickering
*. speaker volume fluctuating
*. software issues with the device
after reporting, i was told to wait for **hrs and assured that flipkart team will contact me and then they will act accordingly. i received no communication whatsoever and my request was rejected on *-**-**** without my knowledge and it showed issue resolved.. So i went ahead and requested replacement and explained my issue again to flipkart on *-**-**** and initiated a replacement request. A technician visit was arranged on for the same day. I explained my issue to the technician who in return kept suggesting me to visit service center and told me that replacement cannot be filed. On *-**-** i received notification regarding rejection of my return based on feedback of the technician ie"issue resolved by troubleshooting, but customer not satisfied . Afterwards, I've placed replacement request for * more times and flipkart arranges a technician visit but the tecnician does not come and my replacement gets rejected without any reason. As suggested by technician, i did visit service center on *-**-** and i was told to get my device replaced and hardware repairs are needed.
after repeatedly requesting for replacement, flipkart raised this issue to returns team. The return team promised me to get my device replaced or even return but they asked me to get the proof of visiting the service center viz a job sheet. I was able to get them to converse with the concerned person from the nubia service center i visited and he also, explained the issue to the return team. But flipkart kept pushing me to get a written recommendation from nubia service center for replacement. as requested, i sent a copy of jobsheet of service which i took at nubia service center, chennai but now, i haven't been any further updates from flipkart.
i feel i have been fooled, cheated and pushed to visit service center for repairs instead of replacement even though thier policy suggest ** days replacement policy on electronincs
