TOYOTA BHARAT kirloskar - Recurring Missing Issue and Drop in Mileage Vehicle No KL 47 J 8900

I am facing a recurring issue with my Toyota Glanza vehicle, bearing the registration number: KL ** J ****, Engine Number: K**MP*******, and Chassis Number: MBHGWB**SLK******.
The vehicle has been experiencing an occasional missing issue which leads to vibrations during operation. Along with this, the mileage has dropped significantly from the usual **.* km/litre to ** km/litre, and now to **.* km/litre.
We first reported this issue to the authorised service centre, Nippon Toyota – Irinjalakuda, where we left the vehicle for inspection for * days. We were informed that certain parts were replaced under warranty and were assured that the issue was resolved. Following this, the vehicle performed well for a few days, with the missing issue resolved and the mileage restored.
However, the same problem resurfaced shortly thereafter. We revisited Nippon Toyota and left the vehicle again for * days, but this time we were told that no issue could be identified. Despite this, we are still facing the same symptoms, with noticeable vibrations and a further decline in mileage to **.* km/litre.
We specifically chose a Toyota vehicle because of the company’s long-standing reputation for prioritising quality and reliability. Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with the way this issue has persisted despite multiple service visits and interventions, which has undermined the trust we placed in the brand.
We kindly request that Toyota India take appropriate steps to investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest. We believe a detailed inspection or escalation to a technical team may be necessary to identify and permanently fix the root cause.
