Nitin Kumar Agrawal filed complaint against Zee5 on Feb 17, 2021
I have opted for a one-month (from ** June **** to ** July ****) subscription of Zee* subscription for INR **, but I have been charged recurringly for the next * months (till now, Feb ****). I have tried multiple times canceling the subscription but all my effort is a waste, every time the duration ends I am being charged with it again. I am left with no other option than to block my credit card and get a new card which has caused mental stress because now my card has been sent to my older address. Please suggest what to do
