I am writing regarding my withdrawal of INR **,***.** initiated on **/**/**** (Ticket #******).
Despite your previous email stating the transaction was successful with UTR CSBKH***********, the receiving bank has officially confirmed that no such funds have been credited to the account.
I have now waited nearly ** days. As the funds are neither in the bank account nor returned to my Dafabet wallet, I request an immediate escalation to your Finance/Payments Specialist.
i have done a withdraw of ***** and **** and **** to my friend bank account in dafabet i dont know like there will be security issues that it should match bank with same name and i have done with withdraw on feb**th and the **** and **** bounced back to dafabet wallet with in ** days and hence this ***** still this was not bounced back to dafabet wallet as i have done withdraw on feb**th and i have bank statement where the amount was not credited and the UTR provided by dafabet bank already confirmed no more funds received with this UTR and dafabet created a ticket to track this issue and they have sent email with ticket details even after multiple reminders or in live chat when ever i have sent emails or in live chat no proper response not sure in how many days i need to wait i just wanted to know how long for bigger amounts takes place to bounce back to dafabet wallet if i raise a case in voxya app is it sure they will get back my funds to dafabet wallet what is the solution i have no hopes of my money as so many weeks got crossed now need my money back to dafabet wallet to withdraw that money to my own bank account
