I am filing this formal complaint against Dafabet for deliberately withholding my funds and failing to process a legitimate withdrawal request.
On [Date of Withdrawal], I placed a withdrawal request for [Amount]. Shortly after, Dafabet updated the transaction status in my account dashboard to "Successful." However, despite ** days having passed, the funds have completely failed to credit to my bank account.
According to banking standards, even a standard local bank transfer takes no more than * to * business days. A delay of ** days is an absolute failure of service and a clear violation of user trust.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
