I am writing to formally request an immediate full refund for my UP LT Grade Math batch purchase (Order ID: CP********, dated Oct **, ****, via UPI on PhonePe for ₹[****.**].Adda*** platform's misleading advertisements promised comprehensive "live and recorded classes" with regular scheduling and full topic coverage, but the reality is far from it, leaving me harassed and stuck with an unusable service.
Specifically:
⦁ There are no regular classes being provided – sessions are irregular, with long gaps and no fixed continuity, making it impossible to follow the syllabus effectively.
⦁ Previous recorded lectures for all topics/subjects (Real analysis,Linear algebra ,Complex Analysis,Geometry,etc. are completely unavailable, despite promise of recording classes are not available and they do not focus on major part of topic and only misleading the students and selling their courses for earn money.
⦁ Without completing any one topic their faculty randomly jumps to other topics, creating confusion and gaps in learning – this is not a proper way to deliver educational content and violates the structured course I paid for.
Due to this irrelevant and misleading ads, I was lured into this purchase, and now I feel deeply harassed by the substandard service.I demand a full refund to my original payment method within ** hours. I raised a dispute on PhonePe app on [** october **** ], where Adda*** falsely claimed they did not receive the payment, causing PhonePe to reject my claim. I then filed for chargeback with my bank , providing proofs (payment receipt, order ID [CP********]. During bank investigation, Adda*** admitted on that they did receive the funds, contradicting their earlier
denial.
This flip-flop indicates fraud: non-delivery of services . It has caused me financial loss and harassment.
*. What Happened (Chronology):
⦁ Payment made to Adda*** via PhonePe; full syllabus recorded video not provide by adda*** .
⦁ Complained to PhonePe; Adda*** denies receipt.
⦁ Escalated to bank for chargeback.
⦁ Adda*** admits receipt during probe but refuses refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
