Adda247 - Misguided provided wrong information

I have purchased dhronacharia package on sept **. One who called and explained about this pack told me classes are taken in English but all the classes and videos are in hindi even ebooks too. I particularly mentioned her I don't know Hindi. She asked me not to worry as everything is available in English. Also I questioned her as it is mentioned hinglish (bilingual), she said that's for tests series and ebook. I was preparing on my own after the purchase never opened the app as I informed her already I will be using videos, ebooks and test series mostly and will join live classes rarely. I went for help. But they said one month have passed now only you are coming for this issue and said no english classes available. Refund is also not possible.
