Partha Dental Care India Private Limited - Reckless treatment leading to more complicated treatments

I had discoloration on my incisors and cavities on my first and second molars along with a decayed teeth. I visited Partha Dental Nizampet in december **** for treatment. The entire treatment took about a month. I had gone for consultation and the doctor suggested root canal for the decay on irt **, composite filling on the discoloured incisors and molars. The doctor said that there are two types of filling one costs ***/- which is slightly visible and we’ll use this on the molars however for the incisors since they are visible for aesthetic purposes we’ll use a filling worth ****/- and it will make the teeth look normal without discoloration. I agreed for the treatment and started the treatment. While filling the composites on the incisors, the dentist then told me that a little discoloration will be there and I agreed. A month later a filling on my molar had come off and I consulted the hospital and they told me that the doctor that treated me was at the Pragathi Nagar Partha dental branch and I went there was consultation and filled it again, I was not aware that it was a problem. Fast forward to a few months the discoloration on my incisors became worse and the composite fillings on my molars started coming off. Since it was the second wave I visited a different dentist in september **** within * months from the treatment ( Boppana Dental Hospital and Kukatpally Dental Hospital) Both these dentists told me that there is decay in my incisors and that root canal on all four incisors was needed post which crowns will be placed. Also the composite fillings are coming out and that there is cavity under the fillings which needs to be treated again. The main reason behind this is that temporary filling were used by Partha Dental to treat my cavity, which was never communicated to us. They only mentioned the price and never that there was a permanent filling. Neither did we ask for a temporary or cheap treatment as I have spent * times more in getting the treatment done another time. While the re treatment was happening I had thought that only the root canal treatment was done properly by them but alas. In Jan ****, * years later my root canal crown started moving slightly and I visited a dentist again who removed the crown to see the teeth decayed, and the treatment for it is an implant. The reason for this could be that there was a slight gap when the crown was placed causing food particles to enter and decay the teeth or that the cavity was not completely treated before closing the crown causing the decay further. Either way each and every treatment I had gotten at Partha had to be retreated again causing me not just a lot of money but also mental consciousness every time i went out with discoloured teeth which lowered my self esteem. Luckily I got the other treatments in time before further damage.
As a doctor from a reputed dental service team it is their responsibility to suggest the right and permanent treatment to clients.
I would like a refund for the entire treatment at Partha + pay for the rest of the treatment which I will break down here.
