Partha Dental Care India Private Limited - No Doctors available for last 5 days

Dear Dr. Partha Sarathy

My name is Swaminathan and I am ** years old. I am sending this mail to your BJP address as I have no means to address this to anyone else and the website of Partha Dental does not point towards any mail ID for complaints. My sincere request to you is to read this to understand my plight and how I have been treated. I am aware you are a very busy person and specially now during the election time your hands would be full. But please at least send this mail to a person in Partha Dental who can address my issues and take the right initiatives to help me.

I have been using the services of Partha Dental now for over ** years. I was quite happy with the services. My problems started two years back.

My treatment for some of my teeth in the upper portion started almost **-** months back when Dr. Kushal was looking after me. He suggested that I do two implants on the right-molar area so that they can fix a cap to take care of other missing teeth as well. I agreed to the suggestion. One lady doctor came on a weekend and tried to fix the implant and it did not work as the bone structure did not support it. I thought she should have known this before attempting to do that. She tried several times but it did not work. Finally, she gave up and said I must have some calcium tablets and come back after three weeks.

I went back after three weeks and this time another doctor fixed two implants. I was asked to come back for checking and taking measurement for the denture. Before the date for the checking, one of the implants came out.
This time they tried to fix that but it would not stay. They drilled another hole and fixed an implant there. After that dentures were fixed. Unfortunately, I had more problems with other teeth as well and thy suggested that I pull out the remaining few teeth which were damaged in any case and go for a complete implant on the upper pallet. They said they would fix * or * implants. They pulled out all the teeth and that was painful and it took a while to heal before they implanted steel screws. This time again it did not work well as a couple of them came out after a few days and they tried again and again and I was under severe pain but they failed to do it. This procedure was carried out by Dr. Naveen and Dr. Rohit Rajashekar. They took a decision to just implant another one and leave the left upper molar area blank with out any support for the denture. They said not to worry and it will be fine. They fixed a temporary denture and it came out in one week. After a number of visits and struggle one more implant started shaking. Dr. Navin attended this time (Dr. Rohit had already left your organisation). He fixed it and put the denture back and said it is a permanent fix.

This fixture came out in three weeks and I went to the clinic again and another Doctor (I forget her name) fixed it and said it was temporary. Dr. Navin had also left the organization. This has come out four days back and for the past four days there is no Doctor available in the clinic. When I called your call center a girl by the name Pooja promised to help me by contacting the Head (I asked for the number but she never gave it) and said she will call back in ** minutes. I waited for * hours and contacted again and Pooja was not there and I was put on hold and the line got disconnected. I reached out again and the person who took the call said she is helpless as there is no Doctor available at the clinic. I want to mention here that this is not the first time that I am hearing this. I have heard this several times in the past.

Here I am stuck with a denture in my hand and not able to eat properly and there is no one there for the past four days.
