I had order xiaomi **lite ne vinyl black ***gb on ** November **** .I recived my package on ** November **** from flipkart but when I opened it I was shocked to see that it was empty then I quickly called the delivery guy he refused to refund me then I called delivery company they said to call flipkart . Then I called flipkart customer care They said that they will check and refund me in till * December **** .I even filled complaint on flipkart customer service . Whenever I called them they used to say next week then they blocked my account. Please help me to get my money back.
