Royalfee Shoes - Recived different product

I ordered shoes from this online site royalefee when i recived the product colour wasn't same as it was showed in images , i thought maybe this particular product might be a defected piece so i returned them the shoes asked for return but they said you can only buy another product we do not refund , so i saw another shoe i ordered and this shoe was much expensive than i bought before total amount paid around ****/- but when i recvd shoes but it was totaly and entirely a diffrent product , about shape it wasn't even leather now i wanted to return the shoe i have send so many request to pick up shoes and return so many emails from last * month no one is listening me i do not even know what to do then i saw you and now i got hope that may get hard earned money
