Myntra - Recieved used product replacement not being provided

On **th of April **** I ordered a pair of THOMAS CRICK Men Leather Flatform Chelsea Boot from Myntra with Order ID: *********************. The shoe was delivered on **th of April. When it was delivered, being a heavy leather boot it had fine creases on it which is normal for such products so I recieved it. However I mistakenly ordered a smaller size product and when asked for an exchange with a bigger size, during the pickup on **th of April, the delivery person said that he has to mark these lines as marks or damage to the product. I contacted the myntra customer support on that day(**th of April) and explained everything and also sent them a mail with multiple photos attached proving the unused condition of the product alongside the intact seal and package. Another replacement was arranged but I faced the same harrasment after a couple of days. Then I had to sent multiple mails, calls and everything clearly explaining the issue to the escalation desk and they've given me multiple deadlines and failed them. As of today *th may ****, the issue remains unsolved.
