I ordered a bed and a study table online from pepperfry. The product shipped to me have manufacture defective piece where the joint of the furniture shows without top mica. Looks. Shaby. I posted the pics and applied for return .
Just because they don't want to take returns they coming up with plain denial. If I am not satisfied with product I received and in inform them within a days time they either should offer exchange or return .
What is the thought behind the stringent no return policy ? Here are my two offers :
*. If return pickups are concern for pepperfry deduct a **** **** penalty from my payment and refund the rest post deductions .
*. If meeting targets is the concern, and pepperfry doesn't want to loose money already taken from me. Allow me to exchange let me pick something in exchange from your site or store whichever is convenient to you. And don't give me back a penny.
What more does pepperfry expect from me ? Be reasonable at the very least. Even if I buy from a physical store they allow exchange and pepperfry expects that sitting online they will just swallow my money. This is how they plan to do business ??
Be reasonable. There is no way I can let them keep all my money cause I made me Prepayment for my purchase as they advertise "easy returns" on thier site
Come-on Stop the Harrasment. Return My Money . Take an option * or * and let me have peace.
