I order two same dress in different sizes small and Extra large on **nd of October, however I just received one dress on **th of October, when I'm initiating return and refund request it is getting placed for any one item not for botha and I'm getting only one refund where in I paid for both the items before delivery.
When I'm trying to reach customer service they are not helping and say it that I will not be able to claim it's not coming under Meesho policy.
I tried to call multiple time support keeps on hold and disconnecting the call and not helping out no supervisor is coming on a call even after waiting for ** minutes. Meesho is fooling people. And not providing good customer service
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
