Robin Varghese filed complaint against Airtel mobile recharge on May 4, 2020
I had done a airtel recharge for mobile no-********** on **th March **** whereas the first transaction was unsuccessful hence second txn was processed of Rs.***/-. I later came to know that both txns were successful.I called up airtel and I was told to contact bank.I followed up with bank and they provided me with successful transaction history however Airtel is not ready to refund back the money.
I have raised the issue with their Nodal/Customer care/Appellate however none of them are bothered to even acknowledge my complaint.
