Made international pack recharge by mistake and when I contact airtel regarding this issue for a refund they tell me since the payment was made through Gpay *rd party they can't initiate refund and I have to ask googlpay for the same but when I contact gpay they tell me they're just a mode to process the recharge and don't receive the payment I need to contact airtel so this is going back and forth
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
