Abhishek filed complaint against Airtel mobile recharge on May 26, 2020
I had recharged my airtel number through airtel app and recharge was successful though it didn't get reflected on my number.
I had a message from airtel that recharge is processed and it will be posted on my number within four hours.
The thing is that it's been * week since that recharge and it still is not posted.
I had tried airtel customer care number they didn't connect me to representatives, so i mailed them and explained my problem replay came back * day after asking my date and time of transaction and everything so i send them. It's been * days since that mail they are not replying me and they cut my incoming services .
