The recharge plans of talk-time ** include ***MB data. After the balance gets over, main balance or from ** pack, money gets deducted for internet usage. Having given as talk-time, net usage it is deducted. When data pack is recharged, app or ussd reflect the data balance which was a while ago. Hence usage of data makes main balance get cut always. In past * years much more than **** rupees been lost in this way to service provider. Before increasing the plan tariff, the talk time plans were ** and ** for which sms facility was barred. When the facility of * rupee per sms cannot be done, net facility is open for high tariff when data pack gets over. This is money grabbing tricks. When talked to customer care after continuous loss in last three recharges, sms should be sent to **** to start the service of stop deducting from main balance. Actually if from main balance deduction need to be made for net access, then the service should be enabled. Reverse process is followed by enabling the charge deduction then providing the solution to stop it.
In previous plan ** rupees was there, for what it meant not clear till now. No calls went or sms, just to maintain the number is the charge don't know.
Then data plan was ** rupees with ** days validity. Then it was changed to existing validity. Later came to know it meant with talk time recharge pack validity the data pack expires. In this lost some money and data balance too.
When recharge pack validity gets over, even if money there in main balance, can’t make any calls until next pack is put.
By designing tricky recharge plans and data facilities, much money been grabbed from the customers. Taking customer interest into concern the recharge plans and facilities need to be modified.
