Hi Vodafone
I had recharged my phone on **th March **** for *** and was promised *GB internet per day for ** days.
But the offer suddenly expired yesterday(didn't last for ** days).
I recharged my phone again for rs *** as I could see the special offer for me on vodafone.in and myVodafone app. which would give me *GB data everyday for next ** days.
Also i was promised that the offer would last for another ** months for the same recharge
Even after recharging I was unable to subscribe to the offer and the magically special offers tab has disappeared from the app too.
The customer care executives as always are clueless and repeat the same things.
Can you please address my query on how could you roll back the offer immediately after me subscribing to it.
