Mr. Anup kumar filed complaint against Videocon D2h Services on Apr 7, 2019
Now I have been dialling the customer care number of videocon services for about an hour now. Dialling again and again like a lunatic but their customer service number is busy (all lines of this root are busy). The worst thing that can happen to a person after a long day hard work is this. I am very angry and disappointed with the services provided by d*h. And apologies for don't work for consecutive failures dear d*h, I am choosing another service provider.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
